Enjoy the difference

Straight from the gin capital of the world, Match Bar recently had the launch of Beefeater 24. Born and bred in London, Beefeater 24 is perfectly attuned to the city’s switched-on lifestyle, created as the perfect cocktail gin. The 12 natural ingredients of Beefeater 24 are sourced around the world. Hand-prepared grapefruit and Seville orange peel, add a tangy note to the aromatic influence of Chinese and Japanese teas. Only 8 bars in Melbourne stock this gin, and yes, you guessed it, Match Bar is one of them!

Our pick
The Anniversary Fizz (winner of our annual cocktail competition in 2007).
Beefeater gin shaken with Aperol, fresh lemon juice, passion fruit syrup and topped off with soda. Named to celebrate a decade of great drinks since Match opened in Sept 1997. A must drink for anyone (who’s everyone)

Have you tried Match’s Champagne Smash?

The latest Match Bar Champagne punch, Champagne Smash is based on a drinks classic, "The Smash." With Wyborowa lemon vodka, muddled with fresh peach, lemon and mint, topped with Champagne (designed for two to share), this is the perfect wine me down (or up) drink.
